Rodgers Law Office, PLLC was founded in 2026 by attorney Tim Rodgers, a longtime Stanly County resident with more than twenty-five years of legal experience. Tim moved to Stanly County in the late 1990s, where he began his legal career as a prosecutor serving Stanly County and surrounding communities.

Over the course of his career, Tim worked with both the District Attorney’s Office and the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office. In 2020, he transitioned from public service into private practice, focusing primarily on residential real estate closings. Through that work, he also gained experience in estate planning and probate administration—areas that often intersect with real estate matters.

Tim and his wife, Laura, have deep ties to the Stanly County community. Laura has worked as an educator, church youth group leader, and missions coordinator for a local nonprofit. They have three sons and reside in Albemarle.
